What if I'm not home during pickup? ▼
No problem — you don't have to be home at all. Just leave your WashNFold bag outside your door before 7 AM on your pickup day. We'll grab it and you'll never need to interact with us unless you want to. Completely contactless from start to finish.
What does "folded" actually look like? ▼
We fold everything flat and neat — shirts folded the retail way, pants stacked, socks paired. Your laundry comes back organized and ready to go straight into the drawer. No balled-up socks, no inside-out shirts.
How does cancellation work? ▼
Cancel anytime — no fees, no questions. Just reach out before your next billing cycle and you're done. We believe if you want to leave, we haven't earned your business. Simple as that. Once cancelled, you will not be billed for the following month and you'll continue to enjoy your remaining pickups through the end of your current subscription period.
What is the $15 bag fee? ▼
Your first order includes a one-time $15 fee for your XL 24×36 WashNFold bag. It's yours to keep and reuse every pickup — so you only ever pay it once. Use promo code WELCOME at checkout to waive it completely on your first order. Replacement bags are available at $10 if yours is ever lost or damaged.
What happens if something gets lost or damaged? ▼
We treat every load with care, but if something goes wrong we'll make it right — no runaround. Reach out within 24 hours of delivery and we'll work with you on a resolution. Your clothes matter to us because they matter to you.
Can I pause my subscription? ▼
Yes — life happens. Just let us know before your next billing cycle and we can pause your account. Going on vacation? No problem. We'll be here when you get back.
Do you wash everyone's clothes together? ▼
Never. Your laundry is washed, dried, and folded completely separately from every other customer's order. Your clothes stay with your clothes — always.
What areas do you currently serve? ▼
We currently serve Maurice, Louisiana and surrounding areas within a 5-mile radius. We're expanding soon — if you're just outside our range, join the waitlist and we'll notify you when we reach your neighborhood.
